How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally must obtain a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, cut out little cookies in your heart, moon and star shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just how I roll. But after that I came across these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)
Okay, they do not taste exactly like the biscuits you get round Christmas time. Rather they are a little more gooey and do not crumble in any way.
However, what mostly convinced me was you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.
Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is they call for just 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can mix two ingredients.
Though in the event that you want to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!
It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me should you eat them), however I must mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, after I'd had the first I finished the remainder inside an hour.

It must also be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the standard cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not just because they contain an adequate number of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.
Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you've got a difficult day ahead of you.

US Customary - Metric
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
Obtain a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy
Insert the cup of yogurt and some of the optional ingredients
Stir until all is well mixed
Put baking paper onto the menu so that the cookies don't adhere. If you don't possess this make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)
To create the cookie contour just grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photograph above. It is super fast and effortless.
Off it goes into the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
EQUIPMENT: you only require a strong baking dish and some parchment paper, cool also.
